This International Women’s Day Terrible Baby is shaking things up with a powerhouse lineup of female bartenders for a special one-night-only guest shift. On March 8 (8.00pm until sold out) three talented women in mixology – Natalie Lau (London Essence Brand Ambassador) Nishma Gurung (Socio) and Asta Chan – will take over the bar each crafting two unique cocktails in celebration of creativity resilience and the spirit of women in the industry.

Natalie Lau – London Essence
Breaking barriers in the global cocktail scene Natalie Lau was the first Asian female bartender to work at the legendary American Bar at The Savoy Hotel in London. She later returned to Hong Kong to manage The Old Man which was crowned Asia’s No.1 Bar in 2019. Now as the Hong Kong and Macau ambassador for London Essence Natalie continues to shape the city’s cocktail culture with her expertise and passion.
Nishma Gurung – Socio
A rising star in the industry Nishma Gurung has swiftly climbed the ranks from junior bartender to overseeing operations and leading the development of Socio’s sustainable bar program. With an international guest shift already under her belt Nishma’s rapid growth and adaptability have made her an invaluable asset to Socio’s thriving cocktail scene.
Asta Chan
