About this Event
Saturday, August 28th marks the return of Blue Lake Public Radio’s Shakespeare Series with the Pigeon Creek Shakespeare Company’s production of one of the Bard’s most beloved plays, Twelfth Night. A fast-paced romantic comedy with several interwoven plots of romance, mistaken identities, and practical jokes involving Viola and her twin brother, Sebastian, who are separated in a shipwreck. Twelfth Night will be staged at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp’s Rose Theater – one of America’s few Elizabethan-style theaters, modeled after London’s Globe Theater and others of that time period. Tickets are available at bluelake.eventbrite.com, or by calling 800-889-9258. $20 in advance, $25 at the door, and $15 for students. Masks are optional for vaccinated guests in our open-air venue. Pigeon Creek Shakespeare Company’s production of Twelfth Night is underwritten by Meijer and PNC Bank.
