About this Event
Shake Rising is a transformational movement practice that incorporates fitness, dance and energy work with the end goal of liberation. Our 3 intentions act as a roadmap towards that liberation. We will 1) activate our life force energy through our undivided attention, 2) reprogram our subconscious mind through affirmations, and 3) regulate our nervous system through full body shaking. We will be Shaking in the Lotus Room at GLOW fitness from 5:45-6:45. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class as parking fills up quickly. Mats will be laid out, so come in and grab any open mat. I CAN'T WAIT TO SHAKE WITH YOU!
