Over six days, Caterina Campo, Silvia Pezzarossi, and Francesca Saraullo share a TRIPLE APPROACH to movement - two days with each artist.Through improvisation, composition and somatic tools, the workshop invites participants to awaken perception, expand physical awareness, and explore how presence connects body, space, and imagination.

The workshop is a proposition to examine, through movement & dance improvisation, the connection between mind and body. Caterina will guide the participants through an experience of sensitivity, body listening and letting go, to be able to reach pleasure, inside-out coherence & authenticity allowing a certain level of presence to come out.
A dive inside a plurality of inner experiences out of imagination, senses, feelings & group dynamics will open channels of interconnection and untouchable dimensions.
:: SILVIA PEZZAROSSI – MOVING CHARACTER :: Wed + Thur
At the meeting point between contemporary dance and physical theatre, Silvia’s practice investigates how movement, emotion, and imagination can dialogue to create living, expressive characters.
From guided improvisation to short compositional tasks, participants explore how physical states, constraints, and imagination can transform the body into a dramatic and poetic space of play.
:: FRANCESCA SARAULLO – FLOW & CONNECTION :: Fri + Sat
Through a sensorial and dynamic approach, Francesca explores breathing, grounding, and the energetic vitality of the dancing body.
Her work combines somatic practices and basic principles of contemporary dance as contact, fluidity, weight, rhythm, and presence, opening a path toward improvisation and instant composition. A sensitive and physical practice that cultivates connection to oneself, to others, and to space.

BIOGRAPHIES
Caterina Campo (IT) is a Brussels-based dancer, performer, choreographer and teacher.
At the age of 15 she received the absolute prize from “Vignale in Danza” festival (Italy). Graduated from SEAD (Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance) she collaborated with Robert Wilson, Helder Seabra, Michael Sturminger, Michèle Noiret, Clément Thirion, Sabina Scarlat, Thibault Rousselet, Harold Henning, Erika Zueneli and since 2024 she has been collaborating with Lunella Cherchi as both performer & choreographer of the piece “Accabadora”.
Since 2021 she has guided improvisation dance workshops, sharing her research "Grounded Integrity" and she is involved in various educational contexts including a dance therapy study at the VUB University of Brussels, aimed at helping women victims of sexual abuse, in collaboration with a physiotherapist specialized in neurology and pelvic floor; since 2025 as a pedagogue in Italy she has been collaborating with Cuberdon A.P.S. (day care center for people with disabilities).
Her journey demonstrates a deep commitment to dance as an art and a healing tool.

Silvia Pezzarossi is an Italian-born, Brussels-based choreographer and teacher whose work bridges contemporary dance and physical theatre. Trained at the Ballet Junior de Genève and Modem/Cie Zappalà Danza, she has collaborated with Roy Assaf, Lies Serdons, Roberto Zappalà, Poetic Punkers and with the circus company Les Chaussons Rouges. Her work investigates the dialogue between inner impulses and social dynamics, creating a dance shaped by imagination and emotion.
Alongside her artistic creations, Silvia teaches DIVE, an improvisation practice influenced by Gaga, which she studied with Ohad Naharin and the Batsheva dancers.
Silvia teaches DIVE at: Charleroi Danse, UP circus & Performing Arts, Nyash Dance Company, Hybrid Studio, Istanbul Fringe Festival in Turkey, Dance Days Chania Festival and Kinitira Young Company in Greece.

Brussels-based choreographer, performer, videomaker and teacher Francesca Saraullo trained in Italy, France, and Belgium. She holds degrees in Art & Multimedia and Media Engineering from Turin, and a Master’s from ISAC – Higher Institute of Arts & Choreographies at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels. She has collaborated with Isabella Soupart, Nina Dipla, Chrysanthi Badeka, Sabina Scarlat, and Mark IJzerman.
Her works - poetic and visionary, grounded in sensitive corporeality - have been presented internationally. She is part of two dance collectives: embrace and accompany class.
Since 2015, Francesca has been teaching dance and somatic movement, offering workshops in Belgium (ISAC, Théâtre Tartaar, Mouvance, garage29), in Italy (Lavanderia a Vapore, Spazio Matta, Florian Teatro, ŻfinMalta), and at international festivals, adapting to diverse audiences. Since 2020, she has developed CORPO PELVICO, a research-based pedagogical practice exploring the pelvis as the vital center of movement and dance.
