Shadow Work Workshop: Becoming the Un-becomeable4 hour transformative journey
Join Millie & Mo on a journey into the parts of yourself that you reject - whether that be the parts you
never want to become, or the unlocked potential that lives within you. You will bring your
unconscious into consciousness, and be held and lovingly witnessed by an attuned field.
Through journaling and circle work, this workshop invites you into a collective field where
transformation is not only possible, but accelerated.
In this transformative workshop we blend practices like somatic movement, shadow work, connection, meditation & Journalling.
Journaling: Illuminating both sides of the Shadow
We will begin by exploring the full spectrum of your shadow through journaling prompts; shining
light on what is kept in the unconscious.
About the Circle: Becoming the Unbecomeable
This circle invites you to explore, embody and expand into the full spectrum of your humanity -
especially the parts you’ve rejected, hidden, denied or distanced from. These might be qualities
you have sworn to never become - that repulse you. Or they might be radiant, powerful aspects
you pedestal, idealize or long to express but secretly fear they are out of reach.
Whether negative or positive, confronting these projections opens the door to a more integrated,
expansive self.
In this practice, we move beyond self-analysis and fixing. Instead, through embodied
exploration, group witnessing, and resonant feedback, we soften the grip of internalized
judgment, reclaim lost life force, and expand our capacity to feel, express, and live more fully.
What is your ‘Shadow’?
We all yearn to be loved, to belong, to be seen, felt and accepted. Yet when we were young, we
were taught through our environment; family, social media, religion, society, personal and
collective trauma, that to receive these things we must act and behave in a certain way. This is
where the Shadow is born.
The shadow is the unconscious. It’s where the parts of ourselves that have been exiled,
shamed, denied and orphaned live.
What is ‘Shadow Work’?
Shadow work is an integration process. It’s about learning to communicate to the parts of Self
that have been told it is not safe to be out in the world, and safely learning how to reintegrate it
back into conscious awareness.
“When we feel safe enough to turn to our Shadow, we have the opportunity to release long-
lasting trauma and the emotional, somatic, and psychological bound energy stored in our bodies
and mind.” - Christian Pankhurst.
About your Facilitators:
Hey my name is Millie.
I am a trauma informed Somatic Educator, Somatic Shadow Work facilitator and Reiki
practitioner. Before I embarked on my healing journey, I lived in go-go-go mode, with no
awareness on how to listen when my body was highly stressed. Eventually this resulted in
having no period for over a year, heart arrhythmia, complete fatigue and eventually, a diagnosis
of a brain tumour. This is where the modalities I am trained in, changed my life.
Now, Somatics keeps me in a deeply attuned relationship with my body and its needs. Shadow
Work allows me to go deeper into the unconscious aspects of Self that are ruling my life, and
Reiki helps me rest, restore and integrate.
For the last year I have been giving back to my community through donation based events, and
have now decided to pursue it as a full time career. I am dedicated to nurturing the evolution of
society through an approach that integrates somatic awareness, energetic alignment, deep work
and nature.
Hi, my name is Mo Founder of Soul Space Chester | Yoga Teacher | Women’s Facilitator | Holistic Life Coach
I'm a trauma-informed yoga teacher, women’s facilitator, and holistic life coach dedicated to helping others heal, grow, and reconnect with their authentic selves. After navigating her own journey through childhood trauma, postnatal depression, and deep personal transformation, Mo created Soul Space Chester — a boutique studio and community hub for yoga, embodiment, and holistic healing in the heart of Chester.
I blend ancient practices with modern approaches — including yoga, meditation, shamanic and somatic healing, energy work, coaching, and ritual — to create spaces where people feel safe, seen, and supported. Her classes, circles, retreats, and one-to-one sessions invite deep self-inquiry, nervous system regulation, and a return to wholeness.
Passionate about community and empowerment, My work is grounded, heart-led, and non-judgmental, offering an invitation to slow down, soften, and step into your fullest expression.
