A gentle and powerful Inner Child Meditation to connect with your younger self
A healing journaling activity to explore and express your wounded inner child
A meaningful art project to honor and creatively engage with your inner child
A supportive, judgment-free space for reflection, release, and reconnection
This workshop is designed for those who are ready to gently uncover the roots of their emotional wounds, move beyond limiting patterns, reveal your main filter of how you are perceiving things that are happening to you and begin a deeper relationship with their most authentic self.
