Materials needed: Bring unlined paper or a journal (no lines on the paper please), colored pens, markers, or pencils.
Do you ever feel like something is holding you back or like you’re stuck in a repeating pattern? It could be connected to your Inner Shadows.
In this interactive workshop based on Shamanic healing practices, you’ll explore the concept of Shadow Work, the Drama Triangle, your Inner Child, Forgiveness, Emotional Triggers, and the Wounded Lens that shapes your perspective. You’ll also learn to create a safe internal space for healing and preventing future struggles. Through six hands-on art journaling activities, you’ll begin to unlock these insights and engage in a transformative healing journey to turn your Shadows into your Power.
