As humans, we all have programmed self-healing in our bodies, and for thousands of years, Ancient Eastern models have been based on this energy. Many Ancient Healing Modalities have understood that true healing takes place in the midst of chaos and conflict and in the darkest depths of frustration, anger, fear, and pain.
Join Sabrina Jai with Shadow Work: Oracle and Tarot Edition. This course is designed to help individuals explore and address their subconscious or "shadow" aspects through the use of Oracle and Tarot cards. The term "shadow" was popularized by psychologist Carl Jung and refers to the hidden, often unconscious, parts of our personality that contain repressed emotions, fears, and desires.

Here's a brief description of what you might expect from this shadow work course: 1. Self-Exploration: Participants are encouraged to delve into their inner world, exploring emotions, beliefs, and behaviors that they may have suppressed or ignored. 2. Uncovering the Shadow: The course aims to shine a light on aspects of the self that have been hidden or denied, such as unresolved trauma, insecurities, and unresolved conflicts. 3. Healing and Integration: Through various exercises, meditation, journaling, and group discussions, participants work on understanding and integrating their shadow aspects into their conscious awareness. 4. Self-Acceptance: Shadow work often involves confronting uncomfortable truths about oneself and learning to accept and love all parts of one's personality. 5. Emotional Release: Participants may experience emotional catharsis as they release pent-up emotions and work through past traumas. 6. Personal Growth: The ultimate goal of shadow work is personal growth and transformation, leading to greater self-awareness, resilience, and a more balanced, authentic self.

Sabrina Jai is a Medicine Woman and full Mesa Carrier in the ancient healing practices of the Peruvian Q'ero lineage. As a full mesa carrier, her spiritual journey has taken her on a path of self-discovery, self-healing, and spiritual enlightenment.
