Join me in two days of deep, therapuetic meditations focused on shadow work. Please come ready to be emotionally vulnerable. This may be intense for some.I believe healing is held within each of us, and the best way to heal is to create that path yourself. I am simply a conduit to help you find the right path for yourself.
Saturday, we will begin at 10am. I have 5 meditations planned that day but we will go through what feels comfortable.
Sunday I hope to work through 3 more meditations building off the day before but once again will follow the comfort of the group as a whole. However if you can only attend Sunday you will not need the previous day necessarily.
I encourage you to register for both days.
Those that register for BOTH days will receive protection stones, a candle, a shadow work journal, and a few other items that pertain to the meditations. These items alone are valued at close to $100. If you register for just one day supplies can be loaned to you or you can bring your own from home.
Please consider bringing a journal, water, lunch and perhaps a snack with you. Please bring a pillow or sitting cushion.
This will be intense for some, please know that.
**I am trying to make this as affordable as possible, that being said I do know that some may still feel this is out of their budget. My goal is to offer healing without financial restraints. If this is out of your price range please reach out for a code to drop the cost for you. 3 spots will be offered at a lowered/free price. Get ahold of me for a full scholarship.
