Join us for a new moon ritual as we focus inwards for shadow work. Shadow work is a psychological practice that involves exploring the parts of yourself that you've repressed or ignored, often called your "shadow self". The goal is to integrate these parts into your consciousness to become more balanced and complete. $10 per person, paid via cash or Venmo to the ritual host during the event.
We will start by 9:15PM, please come early to shop our small business! (We are in the same parking lot as Garden Espresso.)
Dress warm and bring a blanket or chair in case we are outside - if it is too cold or raining/snowing we will do it on the floor inside the shop.
