Carl Jung defines the shadow as the part of you that you deny, hide and refuse to acknowledge. The side you most often project onto other people to take the blame off of yourself, it is essential you not only acknowledge your shadow but also accept it if you want to move in the direction of personal growth in your life.This beginner course will introduce you to understanding what our shadow side is and how to connect to your shadow through specific interactive activities. All course materials are included in the cost and also includes a take home work book to begin more in depth work with your own shadow side.
