• Class 1: Sunday, October 5th
What is Shadow Work & Why It Matters
We’ll explore what shadow work really is, why it’s essential to healing, and you’ll be guided to meet one shadow aspect of yourself. Together, we’ll write and name this shadow and carry it with us for one week.
• Class 2: Sunday, October 12th
Integration & Reflection
We’ll come back together to share how the week unfolded, reflect on your journaling process, and dive into daily prompts to help you continue integrating shadow work into your life.
