Our shadows that don’t necessarily support ourselves, those around us, or our future versions. The Higher Self is a calm, loving, and spiritual guide that brings out positive characteristics to the surface and tasks us with questioning our lower, shadow self, nature. The Shadow Self and Higher Self go hand in hand as they are both on the same spectrum or line, just at different ends. Just like darkness and light.
