Shadow Contact is a slow, ground-based group practice that fosters deep embodiment and a nourished state of being. By removing the sense of sight, getting away from the vertical, and quieting the overactive mind, you’ll be free to explore the simplicity of rest and activity, breath and movement, pressure and presence.Without the distractions of language, personality, relationship, or sexuality you can rediscover parts of yourself rooted in curiosity, sensation, and ease. This practice invites you to feel more whole, alive, and integrated. Drawn from the worlds of Authentic Movement, Contact Improvisation, and Body Mind Centering, we are here to support you and guide you on this unique SomAwakeing journey.
