Shadow Work Through the Chakra System
Seasonal Self-Discovery—Aligning Inner Work with the Introspective Energy of Fall and Winter.
This biweekly workshop series will guide participants on a transformative journey through Carl Jung’s Shadow work, using the wisdom of the Chakra system. Each session will focus on a single chakra, providing space for deep reflection and slow integration, harmonizing with the contemplative energy of fall and winter.
What to Expect:
Sessions are held every other week, focusing on one chakra per meeting.
Each session includes education, guided practices tailored to the chakra’s shadow, creative and reflective exercises, and group sharing.
The slow, seasonal pace allows for integration, deep introspection, and gradual transformation aligned with the quieter energies of fall and winter.
Participants receive journaling prompts and meditation guides for continued inner work between sessions. This supportive community space is available for ongoing sharing and encouragement throughout the series.
By dedicating time to each chakra and its unique shadow, participants embark on a powerful journey of self-understanding and healing. The series honors the seasonal invitation to turn inward, encouraging each person to embrace their whole self—light, dark, and all the colors in between.
