Join us for the last Shadow Circle at Hearth & Haven!!!
This will also be the last free Shadow Circle as I will be looking at hiring a venue to run these once the shop closes.
While the former event was fairly unstructured I have taken some time now to plan an event in which we will utilise shadow work along with the energy of the new moon each month.
We will begin by sharing snacks and socialising before we delve into a guided meditation and journalling on a shadow work prompt based on the new moon for each month. After journalling we will spend some time sharing and supporting each other. Finally I will conduct a short group energy healing to support you in releasing what no longer serves you to move forward in working towards your set intention.
