We will be staying in the Manor House at Camp Olmsted in Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY and have full use of the property.
Shadow Care is taking the time to understand why we think, feel, and react the way we do.

Shadow Care is a series of steps taken over time to enable us to be who we would choose to be and who were always cable of becoming.
If you are called to continue the work of self discovery towards a deeper understanding of self, we invite you to consider joining us for a small weekend retreat where attendance will be limited to 20 participants so I can see that all get one on one guidance with a staff member as wanted.
We will gather together on Friday, May 16 at 4pm
After a chance to settle in and make introductions, we will begin with a Cacao Ceremony followed by a dinner together and a weekend filled with ceremony, ritual, and one-to-one sessions; balanced with individual time and time together.
Saturday night will include a drum circle and weather permitting, we will have it outside by a fire. Bring your drums or any percussion instrument. For those moved to dance, dancing encouraged.
Meals are included and will be provided by the Camp Olmsted staff beginning with Friday Dinner and ending with Sunday Brunch.
Sunday afternoon will conclude the retreat activities with ceremony.
Camp will provide dinner service for those able to stay for an additional $30pp
We will have use of the Manor house and property Sunday night though Monday 10am for those who would like to stay for the night to rest and decompress before traveling home even if they do not opt in for Sunday night's dinner.
Food restrictions, preferences and allergies will be requested during the registration process so I can best ensure the safety and comfort of all retreat attendees.
This event will be limited to 20 attendees.
Total cost: $800
I am prepared to accept partial payments.
