A creative space for self-reflection and meaningful expressionJoin us for a guided meditation/imagery into what our shadow is and how our subconscious leads the way to helping us find a deeper understanding for ourselves. We will journey through a personal art experience where we’ll explore the contrast between the parts of ourselves we show to the world and the deeper truths we keep just for us.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create a shadow box that reflects two sides of your identity. The outside of the box will be decorated to represent the version of you that moves through the world—your personality, your strengths, your story as it’s known. The inside, painted black, will hold the private, tender layers we often keep tucked away—not because they are wrong, but because they are sacred. This is a space for the parts of you shaped by experience, depth, emotion, and growth.
This workshop is not about fixing or hiding—it's about acknowledging and honoring your whole self through creativity and connection.
