Shackleton Launches the World's First Polar Skills Training for Women

Join us at the new Shackleton store in Piccadilly to celebrate the spirit of adventure, equality, and female empowerment - the launch of the Women’s Polar Skills Challenge, and the unveiling of the world’s first-ever Polar Expedition Pulk Suit designed by and specifically for women.

Guest speaker and pioneering polar explorer Wendy Searle will be on hand to share her own inspiring journey and explain more about the Women's Polar Skills Challenge, which she will be guiding in March 2024.

Meet Wendy Searle, one of the world's most accomplished polar explorers and the seventh woman in history to ski solo to the South Pole unsupported and unassisted. Wendy will share her inspiring journey and insights into the Women's Polar Skills Challenge, which she will be guiding in March 2024.
