One of the most-esteemed artists of our time – Shabaka has been called upon to work with the likes of Andre 3000, Floating Points, Sun Ra Arkestra, Mulatu Astatke, Esperanza Spalding & Milton Nascimento. He also acted as musical director for Gilles Peterson’s We Out Here compilation – a key pillar in the revival of the UK Jazz wave.
