Shabaka Hutchings, a pioneering voice in the renaissance of British Jazz, will play at Zentralwäscherei Zürich on Nov 5th taking us into the magic realm of his brand new album «Perceive its Beauty, Acknowledge its Grace».After successfully touring the world with bands like «The Comet is Coming» and «Sons Of Kemet», Shabaka surprisingly put aside his saxophone and focused on playing the flute, resulting in his two most recent albums «Afrikan Culture» and «Perceive its Beauty, Acknowledge its Grace», both works of exceptional beauty and urgency, focussed around the eastern Asian instrument, the Shakuhachi.
