Suitable for dancers with a basic Arab dance vocabulary, to advanced dancers looking to fine-tune their personal style, you’ll have the opportunity to learn a performance-ready number that will excite and entertain any audience. We’ll focus on seamless transitions that make even the most rehearsed choreography look organic (as Shaabi dance is meant to be). We’ll add in a sense of humor, cultural context as to “why” moves happen (not just “how”), and the story of navigating complicated relationships in today’s world.
