Sgt. D's raises money through fun events, helping those who may not have any other way of helping themselves. We organize public events to raise money for West Michigan people who are suffering from illness, an overseas adoption of a down syndrome toddler, a young Mom who lost her infant and needed financial help returning to GR from CO, a couple who both suffered from cancer and needed a washer and dryer and others who just needed help with their finances and living expenses.
Sgt. D's never gives cash - we only pay bills (medical, utilities, appliances, etc.) Over the years, with help from our community (YOU), we have raised over $39,500.00. All of that money goes to our vetted recipients' needs, not their pocketbooks.
On Saturday, September 13th, we are holding Sgt D's Bowlathon from 6:30pm-9:00pm at the Clique Bowling Lanes in Grand Rapids.
There are so many ways you can help!
First and foremost . . .
COME AND BOWL!! It is loads of fun with Strike contests, 50/50 raffle, silent auction, free pizza, cash bar and other silly shenanigans. ($30pp includes shoes & $15pp for non-bowlers, ADULTS only.)
Sponsor a Lane! You or your businesses can choose to host 6 bowlers and signage or just signage!

(Up to SIX people per lane! If you don't have 6 bowlers, no worries. We'll hook you up with other fun bowlers for the evening!)
