Sgraffito is a technique for decorating clay objects by carving through a layer of one color intoa clay of a different color. The result is a two-toned image or pattern.
Experience this process by decorating a plate with teacher and artist Melanie Eubanks. You will come away with a finished piece that can be used for serving food or for hanging on the wall or both!
