SGM Life Teen will be hosting a Trivia Night fundraiser to help off-set our ministry cost, including our summer trip to the Steubenville Mid-America retreat in Springfield, MO! Please fill out the form below to reserve a table. All registrations are for an entire table. Only one person from your team needs to register.

$200/table; Max 8 people/table. Payment will be collected at the trivia night. Cash, check & Venmo will be accepted.
Doors will open at 6pm. Trivia will begin at 7pm.
Food and drinks may be brought in. Soda and water will be available for sale.
Silent Auction & 50/50 Raffle will be held.
Mulligans will be available for purchase.
Cash prizes for the top three teams.
