Come to our Tauranga Taster Event!
Spiritual Growth Ministries, Aotearoa New Zealand has been forming Christian spiritual directors since 1988. Interest in this ministry of spiritual accompaniment continues to grow as people seek out skilful, gifted directors.
This "taster" event will offer you time with the SGM formation programme coordinator, Fran Francis (M.Min) and with local directors who have done SGM's Spiritual Directors Formation Programme. (Visit www.sgm.org.nz/spiritual-directors-formation-programme)
We’ll look at:
- what spiritual direction is
- explain the formation programme
- share in a time of reflective prayer
- observe a demo spiritual direction session through role play (Fran with local director)
- meet local spiritual directors
- Q and A are welcome at any time
