Join us for the long weekend series of hikes. This Saturday is a day of connection, exploration, and rejuvenation! Whether you're a seasoned hiker or just looking to enjoy the beauty of nature, this event is the perfect opportunity to bond with like-minded individuals, soak in the stunning scenery, and recharge your spirit. Together, we'll trek through scenic trails, share stories, and cultivate a sense of unity and well-being.

Need-to-know information:
- Distance: 2.5 miles
- Unpaved dirt trail
- No parking fees
- Bathrooms in Church (if open)
- Loop trail
What to Expect:
- Guided Breathwork: Start your journey with calming breath exercises to center yourself and enhance your connection with nature. 🌬️
- Meditative Walk: As we stroll along the scenic trail, enjoy moments of mindfulness and meditation to deepen your sense of inner peace and awareness.
- Easy unpaved Trail: This hike is suitable for fitness levels with good balance and strong cores, as most of the trail is unpaved 🌼
This is a moderate, 2.5 mile trail. We will pause for breathwork, and a creekside meditation
