3:45 – 4:30 pm Taste, Smell, and Beyond: Hands-on Sensory Evalaution Methods. Dr Uyen Phan will cover topics such as Basics of Sensory Evaluation, Bias in Sensory Evaluation, Sensory Evalution Methods, Setting up A Sensory Lab, & Hands-on Demonstration.
