At the Encuentro, students and youth will have the opportunity to grow community with movement leaders from across the country, immerse themselves in SFA’s diverse farmworker solidarity network, and develop their organizing and leadership skills. The weekend will kick-off on the evening of Friday, October 10th and close on Monday, October 13th — rooting our Indigenous Peoples' Day celebrations in the movement for farmworker justice and the Campaign for Fair Food.
