An overview of what New York State defines as sexual harassment.
About this Event

Sexual Harassment continues to be an ongoing issue in workplaces across the country and within our community that not only has a negative impact on the target but the workplace as a whole. This training will provide an overview of what NYS defines as sexual harassment, prohibited behaviors, employee rights and reporting options, as well as an introduction to building a culture of respect. Additionally, this training meets the standards required by NYS for annual Sexual Harassment Training as outlined in the updated Workplace Sexual Harassment Legislation passed in 2018.

This session will be offered HYBRID with the option of attending either in-person or online via Zoom. It will not be recorded.
