Sexi Dance Workout & Heels Choreography

Hi friends, let’s get SEXI!!! On this page you can sign up for BOTH Sexi Dance Workout (NO HEELS/Beginner level) AND Heels Choreo (All Levels) . Come for one or both, can't wait to dance with you!

SCHEDULE:

💃 11-11:45AM Sexi Dance Workout - This class will teach you basic “sexy dance moves” from various dance styles (NO HEELS). All levels of dance experience welcome. Follow along the entire class - no choreography to remember!

👠12:00-1:15PM Heels Choreography (All Levels). We will warm up for 1 song without shoes, then get straight into learning choreography in heels! Knee pads recommended.

SUNDAY, JUNE 23rd 11AM & 12PM - $22 for one class, $40 for both 👠

Disclaimer - I am not a professional dancer. In fact, I’m an acupuncturist and a holistic doctor! However, dance was the way I kept my spirit alive during so many years of school. The higher my stress, the more I danced - so I ended up dancing A LOT 😂 . Dance is my “other life”, my alter ego, my safe space to express my wild side. This SAFE SPACE is what I want to bring to you. Yes, you’ll learn how to look hot dancing and move your body - but you’ll also meet incredible women who will support your self-expression. If you’re scared, let this be your encouragement to break through and COME TRY! All are welcome.

CLASS IS LOCATED AT THEATRE RALEIGH, 6638 Old Wake Forest Rd. Raleigh, NC ( we will be in the Elizabeth Grimes Droessler Rehearsal Hall). Staff will greet you in the lobby! There is free parking at the front of the building.
