We feel very inspired to teach on this topic specifically, as we both have overcome such challenges in our own life.

As teachers, leaders, and doctors, our greater mission is to serve and empower people from across the globe in their journey of self growth, self love, and self awareness. This workshop contains that of personal empowerment and self mastery that is often left out of the traditional educational system.

With over 22 years of combined experience in the holistic healing fields, Dr. Mel and Dr. Aryn have dedicated their lives to learning the ins and outs of holistic health, human consciousness, trauma healing, the nervous system, and somatic awareness.

We’ve come to discover that many “guides” out there lack the basic knowledge and experience of what it takes to work with people who have gone through root-experiences that manifest as trauma in the body and mind. This type of work requires more than just mindset strategies and daily affirmations to breakthrough. It begins with knowing you, your body, your nervous system, your mind, how it works on a scientific, physiological, somatic, and neurological level. This work is not designed to replace therapy by any means. AND it can be a great tool to complement all the work you’ve already done and will do into the future.
