"When a survivor of sex trafficking in Nepal tries to reenter society, she often loses hope. Jobs are not accessible because of her social caste. For some, even family will leave her on her own to pay off the karmatic debt. Enter the Rays of Hope sewing center! Women here have a common story, but they all inspire hope. They quickly find acceptance with a place of dignity, healing, and family. With encouragement from sisters who have grown into leaders, new seamstresses often find restoration through every seam they sew" - Katie Martinez.
