In this workshop, we will create a Krazy Kritter Patchwork shirt. We can use a denim shirt, a flannel shirt, or a jean jacket to applique a whimsical and kooky “kritter” and make a wearable art piece.Basic sewing skills are needed for this class. Bring your sewing kit including scissors and/or a rotary cutter, matching thread, and lots of fabric scraps. You will also need a piece of fabric approximately 18" x 23" for the background of your critter. Don't have scraps? No worries-I have plenty! I will supply trims, lace, buttons, bits, and bobs to embellish your design.
I have sewing machines and worktables, but you may bring your own machine if you prefer. Please let me know if you plan to bring your own machine.
This class is $45, to be paid in advance to reserve your space, and for planning purposes.
