I am sew excited to open the doors to a very special sewing weekender coming up this MeMadeMay Have you too been daydreaming of a whole dang weekend dedicated to indulging your creativity?
To stretch out your sewing projects without the kids or the cat in the mix?
To leave your sewing bits & bobbins out and walk away to a table full of delicious kai prepared for you?
To sew and yap, sit back to unpick in the sun and yap some more?
To be uplifted and inspired by the people & projects around you?
That's us, making creative plans, making creative pals, and reconnecting to our creative selves on this weekend getaway together.
Our venue is in the most amazing colourful school camp, just a block from the beach. We'll transform a giant games room to set up our sewing stations in. Accom will be 2 people per bunkroom. If you're a group of 4 you can bunk together. Please let me know the names of your group if you're coming with a friend(s).
I've booked my all time favourite foodie from Raglan, Emily as our camp cook. She's a home grower, fermenter, sourdough master and all round wholesome catering dream. She will be feeding us all weekend so you can leave that mental load at home and sit back, relax, stitch, create, and indulge.
