Sewing for beginners will introduce learners to setting up and using a sewing machine to design various products.Learning Outcomes:
Learn how to set up a sewing machine
Working with and understanding the sewing machine
Learning and developing a valuable variety of sewing techniques that also includes measuring and following sewing and pattern instructions.
Designing and producing a small range of fabric items, to include bags aprons.
This course will take place on Tuesdays - 9th June - 7th July 2026
This course is open to learners with few or no qualifications aged 19 years plus (in August ’25)
