Come and join Heather for some simple headbands, with a twist!ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
Join Heather for an engaging and hands-on class where you'll learn to sew your very own "Twisted Headband" at Lairg Learning Centre, 10.30-11.30am on Mon 24th February.
This workshop is perfect for both beginners and those with some sewing experience.
Over the course of the hour, you'll discover essential sewing techniques, including how to select the right fabric, measure and cut patterns, and master the art of twisting for that unique headband style.
With step-by-step guidance, you'll create a fashionable accessory that can be customized to reflect your personal style.
Materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your favourite fabrics to make your headband truly one-of-a-kind. By the end of the class, you’ll leave with not only a beautiful headband but also the skills and confidence to tackle future sewing projects.
Join us for a fun and creative experience!
Please bring along:
-Sewing machine
-Scissors
-Any coloured thread you would like to use, and corresponding bobbin colour (we can do this at the start of the class, if it is easier) Don't fret! If you don' t have any /all of the items above, we do have these items here. If you don’t have a machine, please email: [email protected] to borrow one of ours.
