You got the sewing basics down and ready to try something new? Lets makea sweatshirt! In this fun and interactive class, you will learn about using patterns, fabric layout, fundamentals of garment construction .
Materials Provided in Class: Pattern for sweatshirt ( in sizes XS-XL), sewing machine, thread, and sewing and cutting supplies and small group instruction .
What to Bring: Fabric 2.5 to 3 yards of Stretchy sweatshirt- knit fabric. These are fabric options to consider: French Terry, Polar Fleece, double knit, Sweatshirt Fleece. You have the option of bringing ribbed knit for sleeve band, hem band, and neck band to match your fabric. If not, we will use the same fabric you bring for your sweatshirt.
Where to buy fabric : Michael's in Matthews, Hobby Lobby, Sew Much Fun, or Online fabric stores.

Pre-requisite: Basic sewing machine skill.
