Seven Thinking Caps© is a one-day training course where participants learn to divide thinking into seven different styles and consider each separately, with all people thinking in the same style.
Participants will improve their thinking productivity by up to 1100%+, reduce time to make decisions, increase teamwork and save time in meetings up to 50%+.
Western thinking is based on debate, argument, critical thinking and position-taking which places people as opponents that can lead to argument and conflict which waste time and reduce thinking effectiveness.
Also most peoples’ thinking is mixed leading to confusion and emotional responses in decision making and problem solving.

About Ean Carter
In 12/97 Ean completed 2-weeks “Train the Trainer” in “Lateral Thinking” & “Six Thinking Hats” at the “de Bono Institute”, Melbourne for an investment of $10,000.
From 98 to 02 Ean was an active trainer in Vietnam and trained over 1,000 people in “Six Hats” from leading organisations including BBDO, Colgate-Palmolive, AustralEan Consulate General HCMC,Siemens, Unilever, ANZ Bank, Ernst & Young, McCann-Erickson, Cargill, Castrol, RAAF (Australia)and more. He trained over 100 in Lateral Thinking for various organisations.
Ean moved to Cambodia in 07 as G.M. at DG Advertising (07-8), then AdsCom Advertising (08-10). He then lectured Corp. Communications at Raffles College and Marketing at Limkokwing Uni (11).
Ean restarted training in 12 as first trainer in “Seven Thinking Caps’ with Grey Cap for “Wisdom” as added by Dr. Michael Hewitt-Gleeson in 07. Gleeson, with “SOT”partners including EdB, created “Six Hats” in 83 but never trained it. Ean is the first trainer in Seven Caps and owns the training IP.
Ean lives in Darwin but plans return to Vietnam.
