1. Rating Basis. Local rapid ratings for October will be used. You can check chessportalph.org for your updated ratings.
2. Team Composition. A team must be composed of 3 players, regardless of gender, with no alternates.
3. Average Rating. Teams must have an average rating of 1750 or lower rounded down.
4. Rating Ceiling. Players with rating above 1900 will have their rating set to 1900.
5. Rating Floor. Players with no rating will have their ratings set to 1400.
6. Board Assignment. Payers can choose to play on whatever board number they like, regardless of their rating. Once the tournament starts, players canโt play on a different board.
7. Seeding of Teams. Teams will be seeded based on their teamโs average rating.
8. Eligibility. Only players 15 years old or younger are allowed to join.
