Your physical body will rest in a comfortable & supported savasana as you are bathed by a sea of sound created by gongs from some of the world’s top gong makers.
This offering will focus on gongs placed in a three-dimensional space immersing the listener, as well as other world-music instrumentation. Each experience is created & offered with love & intention for healing & relaxation. Whether you're seeking to unwind after a busy week or explore the transformative power of the gong, this journey promises to be a deeply profound experience. All are welcome, no prior experience with yoga or meditation necessary. Some blankets & bolsters will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. Please do bring your own yoga mat.
