About this Event
The energy of others can affect us both in negative and positive ways. You may have lists of tasks to complete, a long hectic day or a whirlwind of things to complete but this all just ends up leaving you spinning and unsure of what to do. Centering can help us find balance in the madness. Saying no and ending the cycle of people pleasing helps us maintain our boundaries. When we are centered and have boundaries, we can also cut these cords that hold us from moving forward. We can also create new boundaries in order to protect us and help our new intentions grow.
Come join us on Tuesday, February 25th, 2025 at The Bigelow Venue in Ogden, UT as Mykail Boling,That Ghostly Gal, teaches a class on setting these boundaries, how to cut the cords from our past that are still lingering and also how to center ourselves. Let's so no when we say no. Let's maintain our boundaries together. There isbe plenty of space available for this class.

*And come as you are! No need to doll up.
