Setsuko’s “Devotion” takes you on a soulful and spiritually uplifting musical journey. With her enchanting and compelling jazz singing, which embodies her passion, purpose, and musical virtuosity, she will showcase her original jazz compositions and traditional jazz standards, all arranged by her. Setsuko is a multi- talented artist from Osaka, Japan, excelling in jazz singing, composition, and arranging, spanning genres from jazz big band to classical orchestra and film scoring.
This will be her grand finale show after 13 years of devotion to her musical journey in the USA before she returns home to Japan in June. Setsuko holds a BA in Jazz Voice from City College of New York and a MA in Jazz Voice and Composition from University Northern Colorado. Experience a magical and blissful night of “Devolution.”
