SETsquared Workshop: Building your First Board

This workshop is led by Nick Sturge, freelance non-exec Chair, IoD Fellow and Chartered Director, will help you understand the role of the board, how you can enhance your business with an effective board and how to use it.

We will cover the why, the what and the how based on years of experience of working with SETsquared members, and other companies, as well as Nick's own experience of growing and listing a technology business.
