About the Speakers
Boris Chudnovsky joined ECDI in July 2022. During his time with the organization, he consecutively closed over 100 loans each year, with 147 loans closed in the 2024-2025 fiscal year alone. Boris currently serves as the Lending Manager for ECDI’s Central Ohio and Columbus Market and as the Program Manager for ECDI’s Ohio Refugee Microenterprise Program (ORMP). He has extensive experience in lending and finance and is a former business owner who successfully created his own e-commerce company.Born in Ukraine and raised in Israel, Boris immigrated to Columbus, Ohio, at age 14 in 2004. He earned his bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University. He speaks four languages and has lived in various countries, giving him a diverse background in working with business owners from various industries and backgrounds.
Ashley Mosby, CPA, MBA, the founder of A-Rated Financial, is a proud native of Cleveland, OH. She attended John Carroll University, where she received her BSBA in Accountancy. After graduating, she worked as an audit professional at one of the Big Four Accounting Firms and earned licensure in the state of Ohio as a Certified Public Accountant. Ashley continued her education at Northern Kentucky University, where she was awarded a Master's in Business Administration.Today, Ashley puts her education and experience to work for her clients at A-Rated Financial. She aims to use her knowledge to provide the best financial advice and services to her clients, while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism.
