In this session, agents learn why seller listings are the foundation of a strong and scalable business. Seller listings provide marketing opportunities, greater control of your time, higher hourly compensation, and a steady stream of future business when marketed correctly.
The course introduces the Seven-Step Seller Service Cycle—from lead conversion and the pre-listing phase through listing consultation, marketing, offers and negotiations, contract to close, and post-close systems. Participants will explore how to identify and convert “A” sellers (able, ready, and willing to act within 14 days), respond quickly to seller inquiries, and set strong listing appointments supported by pre-listing packets.
The session also emphasizes building confidence and trust, using close-to-appointment tactics, and handling seller questions versus objections. Agents will learn how to prepare and deliver effective pre-listing packets, present pricing recommendations, and clearly communicate their value to win the listing
