Join us for a transformative experience at Visionary Passage Counseling's Butterfly Brunch, where we will embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery. This is the first in our series of free workshops designed for women who have experienced emotional, mental, and physical wounds stemming from their relationships with their parents.
In this session, titled "Sis, What's That?", we will introduce the concepts of mother wounds and father wounds, exploring how these early experiences shape our lives and relationships. Through guided activities like journaling and reflection, participants will begin to unpack their stories and gain insights into the side effects of these wounds.
While our workshop is therapeutic in nature, it is not therapy. Instead, it is a safe, empowering space where women can connect, reflect, and take the first steps toward healing. Whether you are new to these topics or have been exploring them for some time, this workshop is for you. You’re welcome to attend as many sessions as you like, with no requirement to attend all.
To make the experience even more enriching, we will enjoy a delicious brunch together, fostering connection and community in a welcoming environment.
