Join us for our first ever "angelita vinyl" : a listening club highlighting albums that feature traditionally classical or jazz instruments. For this session, we're celebrating the new album from Julianna Barwick and Mary Lattimore, "Tragic Magic" (released Jan 16, 2026). This album was made in partnership with the Philhamonie de Paris with access to instruments from Musée de la Musique, leading to lush sounds created from the combination of historical instruments and the technology of contemporary electronic + ambient production. We will be gathering at the beautiful new Harp Center LA to intentionally listen to and discuss "Tragic Magic" with special guest, Mary Lattimore, herself. Come close out your weekend with a cozy cup of tea, community, and listening to an enchanting new album.
