This one-day training is designed to prepare you for the ServSafe Manager Certification exam administered at the end of the day.

  • Cleaning and Sanitizing:Cover the essentials for maintaining a safe environment.
  • HACCP Basics: Get an introduction to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points requirements and principles.
  • Time & Temperature Controls: Learn how to manage time and temperature for safety (TCS foods).

Daily Schedule:


  • Class Start: 9:00 AM
  • Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 12:45 PM (students are responsible for their own lunches). Complimentary coffee and tea will be provided throughout the day.
  • Exam Start: Approximately 4:00 PM


Most students finish the exam and leave between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM, though extra time is available if needed. Plan to stay until 6:00 PM to ensure minimal stress around exam time.

  • General Admission: $240 per attendee (Includes training, the ServSafe Manager Coursebook, and a nationally recognized CFPM certification valid for five years.)
