The ServSafe Manager in-person training is conducted throughout Connecticut in a one day, 8-hour session in a professional, conference atmosphere. Our instructors have an excellent record of success, with over 90% of learners passing the ServSafe Manager exam on their first attempt. All restaurants in Connecticut are required to have a certified food protection manager on staff. The ServSafe Manager course will certify you as a Certified Food Protection Manager, formerly known as the QFO. This certification meets the state requirement.
